Why is there no published price?
PreAI is sold only as an Enterprise agreement. Cost depends on seat count, whether you run the console hosted or entirely inside your own network, term length, and the compliance work involved — so we quote it rather than list it. Contact sales and you get a firm number, not a range.
Does PreAI send my code anywhere?
No. Scanning runs entirely on your machine — source, secrets, and findings never leave it. The only optional network calls are downloading the signed threat-intel feed and a lightweight license check. Neither transmits your code or results. On Enterprise you can self-host the feed so even those stay inside your network.
Can we evaluate it first?
Yes. Every Enterprise deal includes a time-boxed evaluation on your own codebase with licensed seats, so your security and engineering teams can validate detection quality before any commitment. There is no public free tier or self-serve trial.
How does the license check respect the zero-telemetry promise?
Activation verifies only your entitlement — a license key and seat count. It never reads your code, files, or findings. For air-gapped deployments we provide offline license files, so there's no activation call at all.
Which editors and AI agents are supported?
Detection runs in VS Code and compatible editors (Cursor, Antigravity via Open VSX). Guard pre-execution blocking covers Claude Code, Cursor, Windsurf, and Antigravity natively, and the MCP guard gateway extends MCP-call enforcement to GitHub Copilot.
How are seats billed and adjusted?
Seats are licensed centrally for the contract term and managed from your PreAI console. Mid-term expansion is handled by an amendment at your agreed volume rate. Billing is annual, by invoice.
What paperwork can you provide?
DPA, a completed security questionnaire, architecture and data-flow documentation, an SBOM for the product itself, and our Privacy Policy and Terms. Tell us what your vendor review needs during scoping and we'll cover it.
