Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to and use of the PreAI software and services provided by SANNIDDHI INFOSOLUTIONS LIMITED ("PreAI", "we", "us"). By installing, accessing, or subscribing, you agree to these Terms.

1. Definitions

  • Trial — a time-limited (14-day) evaluation of the Software at no charge.
  • Paid Features — capabilities unlocked on the paid plans (e.g. the live threat-intel feed, Guard pre-execution blocking, the full AI Exposure Audit, and team/governance features), licensed commercially.
  • Subscription — a paid plan billed per seat.

2. License

The Software is licensed, not sold. Subject to these Terms and payment of applicable fees (or an active trial), we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to install and use the Software for the number of seats you purchase, for your internal business use. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, decompile, or circumvent the licensing of the Software.

3. Subscriptions, billing & refunds

  • Billing — Subscriptions are charged per seat, monthly or annually, through our payment provider acting as Merchant of Record. Applicable taxes (e.g. VAT/GST) are handled by that provider.
  • Trials — Paid plans include a 14-day free trial unless stated otherwise.
  • Renewal & cancellation — Subscriptions renew automatically for the same term until cancelled. You may cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period.
  • Refunds — Use the free trial to evaluate. If a charge is incorrect or something goes wrong, contact us and we will work to resolve it in line with the Merchant of Record's policies and applicable law. See our Refund Policy.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service: no unlawful use, no attempt to bypass licensing or security controls, no reverse-engineering of the Paid Features except to the extent permitted by law, and no use that infringes others' rights.

5. Intellectual property

Except for your own content, all rights in the Software, brand, and website remain with SANNIDDHI INFOSOLUTIONS LIMITED. The Software is proprietary and closed-source.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

PreAI performs automated, best-effort static analysis. It does not guarantee detection of all secrets, vulnerabilities, malicious code, or policy violations, and may produce false positives or miss real issues. A clean result is not a warranty that your code is secure or compliant. The software is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Use PreAI as one layer within a broader security process, not as a sole control.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SANNIDDHI INFOSOLUTIONS LIMITED will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amounts you paid us for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or non-payment. Provisions that by their nature should survive (e.g. IP, disclaimers, liability limits) survive termination.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and the courts having jurisdiction over the registered office of SANNIDDHI INFOSOLUTIONS LIMITED will have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms; we will revise the "Last updated" date and, for material changes, take reasonable steps to notify you. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
