Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for PreAI subscriptions provided by SANNIDDHI INFOSOLUTIONS LIMITED ("PreAI", "we", "us"). It supplements our Terms of Service; where the two differ on billing, the Terms govern.
1. Try before you buy
Every paid plan starts with a 14-day free trial — no credit card required to evaluate. Because the trial lets you assess PreAI at no charge, we encourage you to use it fully before subscribing. PreAI's analysis runs entirely on your machine, so you can confirm it fits your workflow during the trial.
2. How billing works
Paid subscriptions are charged per seat, monthly or annually, through our payment provider acting as Merchant of Record. That provider processes the transaction, handles applicable taxes (e.g. VAT/GST), and administers refunds in line with the policy below and applicable law.
3. 14-day money-back guarantee
If you are not satisfied with a new paid subscription, contact us within 14 days of the initial charge and we will refund that charge in full. This guarantee applies to your first payment on a plan and is intended as a safety net beyond the free trial.
4. Renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically for the same term until cancelled. To avoid a renewal charge, cancel before the renewal date from your PreAI account portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you keep access until then. Renewal charges are generally non-refundable, but if you were charged for a renewal you did not intend and reach out promptly (within 7 days), we will work with you in good faith.
5. Annual plans
Annual subscriptions are eligible for the 14-day money-back guarantee on the initial purchase. After that window, annual fees are non-refundable for the remainder of the term, though you may cancel to prevent the next renewal. Unused seats or partial periods are not refunded.
6. Incorrect or duplicate charges
If you believe you were billed in error — a duplicate charge, the wrong number of seats, or an amount that doesn't match your plan — contact us and we will investigate and correct any verified error, including issuing a refund where appropriate.
7. Enterprise
Enterprise plans are governed by the refund and cancellation terms of their individual order form or master agreement, which take precedence over this page.
8. How to request a refund
Email info@preai.com with the email address used at checkout and, if available, your order or receipt number. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method; the time to appear on your statement depends on your bank or card provider.
9. Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you may have under consumer-protection or other mandatory laws in your jurisdiction.
10. Changes
We may update this policy; we will revise the "Last updated" date above. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
